How can anyone say it is accidental when there is clearly pictures of the 'killer' in the video. Can LAPD explain the video and who was there? Given that there were clear and present danger in the video to Elisa. That tells me the LAPD did not do their job and don't ever intend to also.

It's not that the cops are not doing their job. Maybe they are trying to cover a crime. Probably they are trying to catch a serial killer and they don't want the public to know who this guy is or probably it was a cop who did it.
