Another Lawsuit to Cecil Hotel

Vancouver newspaper has reported that Elisa's parent have decided to file a lawsuit against Cecil Hotel. It is long over due. Safety is everyone's issue in a hotel, and not providing the them to a paying customer is definitely negligent. While it is probably not written in the contract, the hotel has the obligation to let the residents know the dangers.

Please take a look at the pictures on this site. It clearly  shows there is someone there. 

Cecil Hotel - Negligence

This case appears to me as cecil hotel being negligent in security for their residents. I'm in the opinion that it is the minimum that they can sue for...I have yet done research on cases but will in due time.

Why Elisa's Death is NOT Accidental

It is clear to me that her death is not accidental. It seems that they based their 'findings' on a report rather than material facts. Remember that it is LAPD that released the video in the first place,  Here are some questions LAPD should answer to get ANY credibility back.

On Video
- Who was she interacting with in the video?
- Why did she put her hands up in the air like she 'surrenders'
- Did LAPD 'freeze' frame each and every one of the 29 frame per second video to look for clues like I did?
- How many other video footage are available and was it reviewed in detailed frame by frame?
- who's foot is that in the picture?
-Did they interview the staff and security guards?
- Why didn't the elevator close?
- why is there a time lapse in the video?
- who has access to the video tapes as it seems 'edited'?

On the roof tank
- Explain how she was able to get to the roof when it is alarmed?
- How was it possible that she knows where the roof is?
- Was she strong enough to lift the tank cap on top of tank without losing balance? How heavy is it? 
- How did she jump in the tank and close the hatch?
- Was she naked? What happened to her clothes?
- Did they search the tank before hand?

On the residents
- How many sex offenders are there in the building?
- Did they search every floor?
- Where were they ?

There are so many questions that LAPD has to answer...these are just a few...

Cecil Hotel and Elisa Lam

Why did Elisa Lam go to California  and stay at the Cecil Hotel. Isn;t that hotel infamous for the undesirables to hang out there? Like Ramiez and a whole bunch of other psychopaths? Was she so innocent that she just pick that hotel ?

Elisa's Death is NOT accidental

How can anyone say it is accidental when there is clearly pictures of the 'killer' in the video. Can LAPD explain the video and who was there? Given that there were clear and present danger in the video to Elisa. That tells me the LAPD did not do their job and don't ever intend to also.

Waiting for news... I'm still waiting for the toxicology report. We can not just give up looking for the killer. He is still lurking around for the 'next victim' this guy is a monster. I will continue to post news as I find them.

Did Elisa Lam know the killer?

Logically speaking, she most likely knew the killer...why you ask? 1. She jumps/hops out of the elevator to show signs of 'relieve' 2. She appears to be talking to someone 3. She drops her hands after talking 4. Finally, why kill her if the killer 'knows' she will never go back to Cecil? The logical reason is that she CAN recognize the killer and the killer lives in the 'hotel' long term and does not want to be captured. The residents and hotel staff will most likely know where all the cameras are as well. Sadly, the residents and hotel staff are all under watch.

Why Didn't Elisa Lam Wear Her Glasses

That came across to my mind ...why didnt she wear her glasses...A thought occurred to me that it is possible that the 'murderer' had the key to her room and tried to open it and she heard.  She probably just hid in the closet next to the door and when the 'murderer' went inside the room, she 'slipped out' without her glasses... if she was wearing contacts, it will be apparent since she needs 'liquids' and a case to store them...If she wasn't wearing contacts, I will be convinced that someone has the key to her room...just another theory...what do you think?

Security Guard or Staff?

This post is an opinion rather than a list pictures. My friend invited me to his apartment today and his building has a security camera that points directly to the front lobby, but similar to the Cecil you can hide at the corner without being seen by the camera. For 'role play' purposes, I experimented 'hiding' at that spot, but was unsure whether I can be seen. The only way I can be sure is to check the camera logs. Thus, I'm sure the murderer had to do the same and had access to the cameras before hand. Additionally, to access the roof, and lockout the elevator, you would need special keys only staff or security would have.

Elisa has to lift right leg to cross over prep's left leg.The more people that sees these pics the better, maybe this will help. Please vote!

@2.19...I just zoomed in more...that metal object is a gun...specifically it appears to be a 'dart tranquilizer gun because of its small barrel. I zoomed in another pic and I can see the 'barrel' ...EL was brave enough to try to disarm this mofo...If that gun was used there will be traces to confirm it is homicide ... Just a small amount of tranquilizer can kill a male adult if it is not administered properly
